Returns & exchanges
Return requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in original packaging with all tags attached.
Jewellery and accessories, and stitched, made-to-order or customised pieces are final sale. If an item arrives damaged or incorrectly stitched, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
