We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & ACCURACY

We strive to display product images, colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, please note:

  • Color variations may occur due to fabric dyes, dyeing conditions, and differences in monitor resolution. This is especially common with bright hues (red, maroon, orange) and similar-family shades (greens, aqua blues, off-whites, and beiges).
  • Fabric texture in stiff materials such as raw silk, khadi, brocade, tussar silk, and south cotton may display a woven texture — this is a natural characteristic, not a defect.
  • Hand-printed and embroidered pieces may have minor variations inherent to artisan craftsmanship.
  • Embellishments (sequins, beads, swarovski, softy) may loosen or fall off during transit, customs inspection, or wear. This is not considered a defect.
  • Sizes are listed with each product. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. We encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have sizing questions.

3. ERRORS & CORRECTIONS

TaniaNMax.com reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including after an order has been submitted and/or your payment has been processed. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by bank.

4. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

  • Fashion accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Color or minor description deviations do not qualify for returns or refunds, as these are inherent to handcrafted and fabric-based products.
  • Embellishment loss (sequins, beads, etc.) during transit or after wear does not qualify for a return or refund.
  • Stitched / made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. However, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly stitched by us, we will offer free alterations, a replacement, or a refund if repair is not possible.
  • Exchanges are processed at the special/sale price of the item, not the MRP.

We reserve the right to flag accounts with unusually high return rates, invalid/incomplete addresses, or repeated requests for compensation for minor issues.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We are committed to timely delivery. However, delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, customs, carrier issues, etc.) do not entitle customers to compensation. While we take every precaution to ensure safe and accurate delivery, we are not liable for damages caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. PROMOTIONS & COUPON CODES

  • Coupon codes are not applicable on Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) offers.
  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Only one discount coupon may be used per order.
  • Only currently valid coupons are accepted. Expired coupons will not be reissued.
  • TaniaNMax.com reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time, including orders placed using a discount code.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tania N Max LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of or inability to use the website or its services
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the website

Use of the website and any downloaded content is entirely at your own risk.
